Use this form to apply for a real estate agent licence, a property manager licence or a general auctioneer licence as a Company.

This form is to be completed by the property agent who will be in effective and nominated control.

Copies of the following ASIC documents:
  • Business name registration (if applicable)
  • Company extract to identify directors
  • Business registration

If operating as a franchise, a copy of the franchise agreement or letter granting the franchise.

Do not use this form if you require:

  • a licence where you are not conducting business, or
  • a licence to conduct business as a sole trader.
